
Experience has shown that our most successful deployments occur with clients who develop a comfort level with the equipment and software platforms that we deliver. To assist in developing this comfort level, we work closely with our clients’ system administrator(s) and focus heavily on system training.
Our goal in working with identified system administrator(s) is to essentially “train-the-trainer” and to develop for the client on-site and on-staff resources that can understand and manage virtually all aspects of the deployed system, thus lessening the total cost of system ownership.
